Support Coordination Level 2

Coordination by Caroline guides NDIS participants and their supports to understand how to use NDIS plan funding effectively, especially during crucial times like changes in your situation, disability progression, or points of crisis. Reach out to discuss your situation today.​

Support coordination can assist with:

Support Coordination Level 3

Not all support coordinator providers are comfortable or experienced in supporting clients with progressive disabilities. At Coordination by Caroline, we excel in this area, including progressive neurological disabilities, and offer specialist support coordination services. Eliminate the need for an additional provider for specialised support coordination - fewer contacts, and one dedicated person familiar with your situation!​
